Bathrobes and Slippers
A bathrobe and slippers are available in your room wardrobe for complimentary use during your stay.

Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
For special occasions and on Sundays during the summer, brunch will be served from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Check-in / Check-out
Your room will be ready from 3:00 p.m.
We kindly ask you to leave the room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact the reception desk – CHF 30 per hour; from 5:00 p.m. onwards, the full daily rate applies, subject to availability.
Children’s Amenities:
We provide changing tables, baby bathtubs, side guards for cribs or extra beds, potty seats, kettles, and bathrobes and slippers in various sizes depending on age.

Consumption Receipt
All charges for consumptions at the hotel can be added directly to your hotel bill.

Fire
Hotel La Palma au Lac is equipped with a fire alarm system.
To prevent fires, we recommend avoiding open flames of any kind (candles, gas, petrol, or methane burners); unplug electrical devices (kettles, hairdryers, etc.) after use; and do not use damaged electrical cords. Smoking in the rooms is prohibited.
In case of fire, remain calm.
Immediately notify the reception by phone, via the WhatsApp QR code, or at +41 91 735 36 36, providing your room number and any observations. Close all doors and windows to prevent drafts, smoke, or the spread of fire. Do not use the elevator under any circumstances.
