A nocino at the end of your meal is a must, of course. This classic digestif looks back on a long tradition and is popular in the Italian regions of Emilia-Romagna, Campania and Calabria as well as in the Swiss Ticino. It is made from unripe, green walnuts and has a characteristic, dark-brown colour.
